Season 7 Club Rankings: Ranked by Letchkins. (Will update Team bios as they are recieved)
1: Cleveland
2: Honolulu Tsunamis: As the AL's #1 seed last year they were quickly bounced out of the playoffs in the ALDS by a very good Chicago team. A few key pieces departed this offseason: P-Ryan Wilson (FA), SS-Daniel Bonds (FA and not picked up), 2b-Morgan Jacobs (Type B FA), and SS-Caesar Crespo (FA, but resigned to a MiL). We picked up a serviceable replacement for Wilson in Ryan Wall. Similar ratings, but Wilson was the lynchpin for our WS run a few years back, we'll see how Wall pans out. We called up 3b- Hades Hidalgo at the end of last year, and will be bringing up LF-Preston Key and DH/1b Cliff Pearson to fill the other holes that appeared.
The horizon is a bit fuzzy for the Tsunamis as the farm system is lacking that future #1 starter. There are plenty of #2's and #3's, but no aces. Its looking like the next 2-3 years will be make it or break it in the Pineapple State. There's plenty of solid bats coming up, so it may be possible to deal some for arms in the future. A superstar is a year away: Trevor Holmes. This kid will destroy the league once he comes on board...
